Product detailed description
I've had this motif in my head for a few years now. Basically since I started designing my first prints for cycling t-shirts.
I've probably never had fenders on my bike, so I know pretty much exactly what the back of a cycling jersey looks like after a rain - here's one small sample from my ride in the rain last year:
I originally wanted to use a real photo of a jersey from a ride in the rain for the print, but it was too technologically challenging, so I ended up having to make my own splash: I took the bike, placed it in the garden using an ingenious mechanism of my own making from two chairs and a broom, and placed a long white paper in front of the raised front wheel. At first I tried to use black ink for the splashes, but after the first turn I decided to abandon it (I still have the splashes on my t-shirt). I preferred to use the concrete that our kids made the day before - childless kids probably don't know this - the kids take a mystique, put flowers and some water in it and make a perfume, then they add more and more ingredients (leaves, sand, pebbles, clay), gradually they have to move it into bigger containers until finally there is a bucket or wheelbarrow full of concrete (the last ingredients are poured in there in incredible amounts). A little more of the print's realization:
Delivery time: Most textiles are printed after your order is placed, which is why the delivery time is longer.
Size and type of t-shirt: To choose the right size t-shirt, please refer to the table for exact dimensions of t-shirts. In the same place you will also find information about other possible colours or the possibility to print the chosen motif on another type of T-shirt.
